An individualized written rehabilitation program (IWRP) is a personalized recorded plan of action designed to identify the goals and objectives of an individual's vocational rehabilitation program. An IWRP is prepared to guide the vocational rehabilitation of workers who are recovering from injuries or otherwise in need of vocational rehabilitation.
State and federal government agencies often require a IWRP be supplied by providers of rehabilitative services in order for patients to qualify for worker's compensation funding or other cost reimbursements.
